Sharing results generates useful discussion and enables the group to create strategies to work together more effectively using this knowledge of types.&nbsp; Successful teams are made up of people with different working styles that complement each other. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator helps people identify these differences and recognise the value this brings to the team.</p>
